Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom products

• Perishable goods (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
